TRiO Application

TRiO Program Eligibility Criteria

To be an eligible TRiO participant, you must:

• Be enrolled in an associate’s degree (AA, AS, AAS) or certificate program at Highline College.
• Be a full-time or part-time student
• Be a Permanent Resident, US Citizen, or DACA recipient.
• Have a high school diploma or GED

You must also meet one or more of the following criteria.

• First-generation college student (neither parent has a bachelor’s degree)
• Low-income financial status (according to federal guidelines)
• Have a disability
