TRIO Programs
TRIO assists students who are new to or unfamiliar with the college system.
TRIO programs provide comprehensive assistance, support, and encouragement to low-income, first-generation students, and students with disabilities. The TRIO team creates a supportive environment that celebrates the achievements of TRIO students.
Our programs offer help to students who need guidance in navigating college. Our goal is to help students enter and complete a college education.
- Student Support Services (SSS) offers current Highline College students personal and academic support services to help Highline College students succeed.
- Talent Search (TS) helps middle school, high school, and Running Start students to succeed in college completion.
- Passport to Careers helps former foster youth and unaccompanied homeless youth prepare for and succeed in college.
