TRIO Program Eligibility Criteria

TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) is open to all students who meet the eligibility requirements below:

• Be enrolled in an associate’s degree (AA, AS, AAS) or certificate program at Highline College
• Be a full-time or part-time student
• Be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Have a high school diploma or GED

You must also meet one or more of the following criteria:

• First-generation college student (neither parent has a four-year degree)
• Low-income financial status (according to federal guidelines)
• Have a disability
